Commencement Ceremonies
Upon request Â鶹ÊÓƵ¾É°æ±¾ will provide sign language interpreters and/or attempt to make accommodations for any other disabilities. If you need these services, please contact Campus Safety at 503-370-6911 a minimum of one month prior to Commencement Weekend.
Parking
Guests with a DMV-issued handicapped parking permit are encouraged to park on Commencement Sunday in the visitors parking lot (corner of Bellevue and Winter streets). Questions concerning this should be directed to Campus Safety, 503-370-6911. Golf cart service will be available from this lot to the commencement ceremonies.
Wheelchair Access
Â鶹ÊÓƵ¾É°æ±¾ does not rent wheelchairs; however, golf carts will be able to transport guests from Â鶹ÊÓƵ¾É°æ±¾'s parking lots to the commencement site. Ushers will remove a regular chair so the wheelchair can be placed in regular seating. Ushers also can assist with special seating or assistive technology at each ceremony.
